This isn’t a Gold’s Gym or L.A. Fitness.  We’re a few highly skilled trainers who share 2500 square feet filled with top-notch equipment.  We offer two forms of personal training: Private client 1:1 sessions and small group classes limited to 6 people.
That’s how we make sure you get what you need out of your session.

This small-group class delivers personalized intensity, allowing you to progress in your development or regress to prevent injury. The guidance of a bio-mechanical expert ensures you get the workout YOU need using a combination of isometrics, aerobics and weights.

Foundational Yoga

An Exceptional Learning Experience

  • Maximum of 4 clients

  • Eight 4-week sessions, with a progression in difficulty.

  • At the end of the 8 sessions, you are ready for a Flow class.

  • No more than three poses per class (a real focus on proper form)

  • Understand the anatomy of poses.

  • Understand how each pose should feel, and how to modify for your body.

  • $120 for 4 weekly sessions

  • Pre-registration is required. Sorry, no walk-ins.
