This isn’t a Gold’s Gym or L.A. Fitness. We’re a few highly skilled trainers who share 2500 square feet filled with top-notch equipment. We offer two forms of personal training: Private client 1:1 sessions and small group classes limited to 6 people.
That’s how we make sure you get what you need out of your session.
Work out at your level, safely
This small-group class delivers personalized intensity, allowing you to progress in your development or regress to prevent injury. The guidance of a bio-mechanical expert ensures you get the workout YOU need using a combination of isometrics, aerobics and weights. Class size is limited to 5 participants.
